✅ General Conduct

1. Be Respectful:
   Speak kindly to mentors, fellow members or parents. Treat others how you’d like to be treated.
2. Stay Positive:
   Encourage others with supportive words. Celebrate small wins and progress.
3. Support Learning:
   Engage with your each other learning by responding to activities, sharing ideas, and asking questions.
4. Respect Mentors’ Time:
   Whenever called upon make sure that you respond promptly. Also remember that sometimes mentors can be engaged, so let's be patient as we always respond as soon as possible.
5. Follow TotMind Schools Guidelines:
   Respect our values, policies and guidelines while using the platform.

✅ Privacy & Safety

1. Protect Personal Information:
   Don’t share phone numbers, addresses, passwords, or private details to anyone on the platform. TotMind Scribe is the only one to request for such.
2. Respect Confidential Content:
   Some parts of the platform are only for mentors or parents. Never share internal messages, lesson plans, or sensitive learner information with those outside the TotMind Schools community.
3. Supervise Your Child Online:
   For parents, if your child uses the platform, guide them and make sure they’re behaving safely and respectfully.

✅ What Not to Do

1. No Public Arguments:
   If you have concerns, talk privately with the mentor or TotMind Scribe— never argue publicly or post negative comments.
2. No Bullying or Teasing:
   Always treat others with kindness. Report any hurtful behavior immediately to TotMind Scribe.
