I don't know whether it is only me but the videos on this module had good information but were too stagnant like a spoilt disc and it was not an internet problem because all other programs that needed internet were working normally, requesting its looked into, thanks.

Yesterday, I faced some difficulties while preparing a quotation for our company. I thought of asking for help in our group, but then I realized that we have not yet reached that kind of training in our course.

I would kindly request our teacher to consider including training on how to prepare quotations in the courses we are currently running or in the upcoming ones. It would be very helpful and much appreciated.

Exploring computer programs was incredibly useful to me.

the course was well structured and easy to understand

am satisfied with this module coz to me it felt like the backbone of all i need to learn. it involves a lot of skills from creating folders and all information about programs< etc. though have got challenge on the archiving part and the compressing thing, its meaning and all about it.

This module has helped me learn so much.

My rating is 5/5 because the module is clear and easy to understand. I have learnt how to take care of my keyboard and my computer.

The best part was about the QWERTY alphabetic order. I have always asked my self why the keyboard is not in the ABC order but with this module i got the answer. i have also loved the short cuts like Alt+Tab which helps switch between open programs.

My advice is for you to keep up with the wonderful job you are doing.

I gave this rating because the module helped me clearly understand how to manage files and folders properly. I learned important things I was not aware of before, such as checking system type, using File Explorer, Quick Access, and safely removing USB devices.

Best Part of the Module:
The best part for me was learning how File Explorer works and how to organize, access, and manage files safely. The explanations were simple and practical, which made learning easy and interesting.

Suggestions for Improvement:
So far, the course is very good. Maybe adding more practical examples or short practice tasks could make it even better for beginners.
