πΏ Theme 3: Fruitful Living β Godβs Way of Love β€οΈ
π Theme Verse: Galatians 5:22β23 (NKJV)
βBut the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.β
Dear families, πΏ
Have you noticed how different fruits grow β some are small like grapes, others big like watermelons, some sweet like mangoes, and others a little sour like lemons. πππ
Fruits take time, care, and patience to grow. Farmers water, weed, and protect their plants until the fruit is ready to enjoy.
In the same way, God wants each of us to grow spiritual fruit β not from trees, but from our hearts. πΈ
When we allow the Holy Spirit to guide us, He grows beautiful fruits inside us β love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These fruits show that Jesus lives in us. Just like an apple tree produces apples, a heart that loves God produces love, kindness, and peace. ππ
Regardless of oneβs faith, when these fruits are lived out and instilled in our children, they help them live peacefully and harmoniously with everyone.
They bring calm to our homes, joy to our hearts, and peace of mind to the soul.
Our prayer is that by the end of this theme, we β as parents, families, and children β will have grown in these fruits of the Spirit, becoming more loving, patient, gentle, and kind. π
Letβs open our Bibles and hearts this week as we learn together how to live a truly fruitful life β Godβs way of love. πΏ
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for planting Your love in our hearts. π±
Help us to grow strong and fruitful as we learn about the fruits of the Spirit this week.
Teach our family to live with love, joy, and peace so that others can see You in us.
In Jesusβ name, Amen. β€οΈ
