Set Free to Live With Courage
π 2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV)
βFor God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.β
My Dear Children,
God did not create us to live in fear. Fear limits growth, silences purpose, and holds people back from doing good. Through Christ, we are set free to live with courage, love, and clear thinking.
Being unleashed means refusing to let fear control our choices. It means trusting God even when we feel uncertain and stepping forward with faith. Courage is not the absence of fear, but choosing to move forward while trusting God.
Relevance to Life and Family
In families, fear can appear in many ways, fear of failure, fear of change, or fear of making mistakes. When we remind one another that God gives us courage, we create a home where growth is encouraged and mistakes become learning moments.
Teaching children courage helps them face challenges at school, relationships, and life with confidence rooted in God.
Family Reflection
What fears sometimes hold us back?
How does Godβs Word help us face fear with courage?
How can our family encourage one another to be brave?
Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for freeing us from fear. Help our family live with courage, love, and wisdom. When fear tries to hold us back, remind us that You are with us and that You have equipped us to move forward. In Jesusβ name, Amen.
