Practice Radical Generosity

πŸ“– 2 Corinthians 9:6–7 (NKJV)

β€œBut this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.”

My Dear Children,
Generosity is more than giving what is easy or extra. Radical generosity means giving with a willing heart, even when it costs us something. God Himself is our greatest example. He gave freely, lovingly, and without holding back.

When Jesus walked on earth, He gave His time, attention, compassion, and strength to others. Being unleashed means opening our hands and hearts, trusting that God will always provide more than enough.

Relevance to Life and Family
In our families, generosity can be shown in simple ways, sharing food, time, kindness, and forgiveness. When children see generosity practiced at home, they learn that giving is not about how much we have, but about the heart we give with.

A generous family reflects God’s love to the world.

Family Reflection
What does generosity look like in our home?
How can we give cheerfully instead of reluctantly?
Why does God care about the attitude behind our giving?

Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your generous love toward us. Teach our family to give freely, joyfully, and with open hearts. Help us trust You as we bless others through our generosity. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
