Giving Others Space to Grow
π Romans 14:1 (NKJV)
βReceive one who is weak in the faith, but not to disputes over doubtful things.β
My Dear Children,
Not everyone learns at the same speed. Some people need more time, more practice, or more guidance. Just like software updates happen in stages, people grow step by step.
Tolerance means allowing others to grow without constant criticism.
Relevance to Life and Family
When parents guide gently and children are encouraged, confidence grows. Giving space builds trust.
βGrowth happens where grace is given.β
Family Reflection
How can we support someone who is still learning?
Why is encouragement better than pressure?
Prayer
God, help us to give one another space to grow with love. Amen.
We can support each other by guiding them to do correctly their work.......encouraging them when things go wrong and building self belief in them.......by that they are motivated and get morale to learn more............
Encouragement is better than pressure because it helps a person still learning to gain power and love for what they are learning.......while pressure puts them in tension and builds fear hence rushing and not doing things correctly.......
an advice like 'your enough' can be enough to a person still learning and can be a great motivation other than 'you got to be fast'
