God Is Our Healer: JEHOVAH RAPHA
📖 Exodus 15:26 (NKJV)
“For I am the Lord who heals you.”
My dear children,
One of God’s loving names is JEHOVAH RAPHA, which means “The Lord Who Heals You.”
This name reminds us that God cares deeply about every part of us; our bodies, our hearts, and our minds.
Sometimes we feel sick in our bodies.
Sometimes our hearts hurt because of disappointment, fear, or sadness.
Sometimes our minds feel heavy because of stress or worry.
But God says, “I am the One who heals you.”
He is the God who restores, strengthens, comforts, and brings peace where there was pain.
Healing is not only physical; God heals our emotions, our thoughts, our memories, and even our relationships.
Relevance to Life and Family:
When a family remembers that God is JEHOVAH RAPHA, they carry hope in difficult moments.
God heals us through:
- prayer
- doctors and medicine
- rest and care
- love and support
- forgiveness and reconciliation
- His Word and His presence
A family that trusts in God’s healing grows in compassion, patience, and faith.
Children learn that when they hurt; physically or emotionally ; they can turn to God for comfort.
Parents find strength knowing God is with them in every challenge.
