Choose Kindness - Key 5 to Healthy Minds
📖 Ephesians 4:32 (NKJV)
“And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.”
My dear children,
Kindness is love in action.
It is shown through gentle words, helping hands, patient hearts, and a willingness to forgive.
God calls us to be tenderhearted; soft, caring, and understanding toward others.
He reminds us to forgive, because He has forgiven us so much.
Kindness is powerful. It can heal hearts, stop arguments, brighten someone’s day, and bring peace where there was tension.
Every act of kindness, big or small, shows God’s love.
Relevance to Life and Family:
A home built on kindness becomes a safe place for everyone.
When we choose kindness as a family:
- We listen instead of shouting
- We help instead of ignoring
- We forgive instead of holding grudges
- We encourage instead of criticizing
- We choose gentleness even when we feel upset
Kindness strengthens relationships and teaches children how to treat others with respect and compassion.
It builds a peaceful home where everyone feels valued.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your kindness and mercy.
Teach us to be gentle, loving, and forgiving.
Help us choose kindness in our words and actions every day.
Make our home a place where kindness grows and flows to others.
